Shortly after you click the preceding link, you'll see a new browser window that shows the Swing components. To get an idea of how many ready-to-use components Swing has added, compare the window to the AWT Components section.
In the window that comes up, the left column lists types of components. The right column shows each component, grouped by type, with a link to where that component is discussed.
